General Manager: Travis Yoakum is responsible for the daily operations of the Soccer House. He has been a breath of fresh air for the Soccer House and has been instrumental in leading the Soccer House into their 15th year of existence. Travis first came to Des Moines after a succesfull college soccer career. Originally from North Omaha, Travis played for the Des Moines Menace PDL in 2006 and has been a Des Moines native ever since. Travis now serves as an assistant coach for the Des Moines Menace PDL and Super 20's. He is a state champion academy coach and was recently named the 2009 Des Moines Menace Coach of theYear.

It takes a special person to be able to handle the break-neck speed of the indoor soccer season and Travis has been able to answer the call for the last 2 seasons. Executive Director: Brandon Ermels
Coach Ermels became the Owner/Operator of the Soccer House in 2001. For 8 years Ermels was responsible for overseeing all aspects of this family-owned business. In 2007 Ermels was able to hire a new General Manager, Travis Yoakum. In addition to operating the seasonal indoor soccer facility, Coach Ermels is also an adjunct Business Professor and Head Men's Soccer Coach at perrenial powerhouse Iowa Central Community College. He earned his Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2008 and currently holds his USSF National B coaching license. In the summer Ermels is the Head Coach for the Des Moines Menace Super 20's and assistant coach for the PDL. Ermels can be reached at SoccerHouse@gmail.com
